Design Tutorials For Beginners-Advanced Using Photoshop
This video shows you how to create a Photographic Toy Camera Effect in Adobe Photoshop. I’m using CS6, however earlier versions of photoshop will work just the same except for controlling mask feather (a work around is explained in the video if you have CS3 and below).
